Nondisplayed magic skills

My magic skills is hidden in skill window.
Is that a feature or bug?
I searched in MantisBT, but couldn't find.

What OS you using?
For windows you can download compiled version here:
http://tmw.cetki.com/download/latest/windows/
For ubuntu/debian can read here how add repository:
http://tmw.cetki.com/mana/
For other OS anyway need compile from sources.

I'm using ArchLinux.
Maybe, my autoconf version is not good for manaplus
