Well, the first step is to crack your PSP to allow homebrewed software, which involves voiding the warranty, risking to make it permanently unusable and depending on where you live maybe also breaking some laws.

Then you need to compile all libraries and the client for the PSP. I don't know how the operating system and CPU architecture of the PSP looks, but chances are that various sourcecode modifications are needed to get those to compile and run. Please don't ask me for help.

And then comes the part which is quite easy compared to the last one: Completely redeveloping the TMW user interface to work properly with the limited screen size and imput functionality of the PSP.

Bottom line: Theoretically it is possible, but it won't be easy and will definitely require programming skills and good knowledge of the PSP platform. The best chance to get help with this task is asking in the PSP modding and homebrewing community instead of here.

On a related note: Congratulation for buying a device from a manufacturer who thinks that they have the right to tell you which software you may run on it and will try everything to enforce it.

You forgot to mention that he should buy a OpenPandora device, since someone ported it already:

BTW, I touched the Pandora and its creator, both feel very good.

@natsuki3: Great, I am looking forward to it! :)
