I would like some rule clarification. I previously had a character banned for botting.

Strike 1, ban lifted but lvl gone.
Strike 2, ban but character gone.
Strike 3, is strike one again on a new character.

There is some ambiguity. Big Crunch claims that the third time is a ban from life for the game. However it seems that rule has never been recorded anywhere. If someone wants to make that rule and record it, no problem. I just ask for a rule to be enforced only if it is a real rule.

Since that last ban, I created a new character and have removed the manabot program and use ManaPlus, which does not have bot capacities. Upon greeting Big Crunch, he banned me again, though I was not (and could not) bot.

I'd appreciate this issue being looked in to.

As i told you in all of our previous conversations, the permanent ban is on the player, not the character or account.
