Drop: Zombie Brains

Could Zombies also drop brains? Has anyone done "brains" before? I can see something like this coming in handy in the future (Dark mage spell component, potion component). Also makes for an interesting slogan, "Get your fill of Zombie Brains with The Mana World!"
