I have set up a test server. You may connect to it and see what is being worked on. Mind that may be restarted offten and you may sometimes loose some items. Most of people should already have their characters created there since it uses almost the same files like normal server. Hostname is: platinum.linux.pl. You may also post your feedback here.

Regards.

Little screw up. Should be fixed now. You don't have to specify server by IP btw.

Whats different from the main server? Did you made the balancing tweaks you suggested on your wiki user page?

I am realizing them slowly. Currently there are no difference between this server and main one - because main server were updated.

Maybe I am teh suck, and don't know what I'm doing. Where the opening sign in box says "Server" I put platinum.linux.pl. Except without that final period. 25 times in a row, I tried to sign in. Each time I got the same message. "Error: Got disconnected from server!" Umm, did I pick a bad time to try to connect? Should I be trying to connect from linux instead of windows? Do I need to change something in my config.xml file? I'm lost, thanks for any help.

Oh, and by the way, while I'm exposing my technical ignorance, I might as well go all the way. Do the updates that are in my update folder work automatically? Or do I have to do something? I did change the updatehost value. At least.
