IDK why people are saying magic is broken, mostly because of Ingrav i agree ingrav does more damage then any normal attack. But have you ever tried considering Asorm, a few days ago there was a PvP battle (not a gm 1) in the pvp arena in tulim, verdo was there he was asormed and it was very hard to kill him this is same with Tanked Archers, Warriors, Archers, Asorm is a very useful spell for PvP. So please stop saying magic is broken!

i think the question is, how does a warrior get asormed? He cannot asorm himself, and without it, a warrior might as well just take off his armor. Sure he can get asormed by a friend, but a mage isnt always handy. Its an inbalance either way you look at it.

I have to disagree, There are many stats you can choose from. i have seen archers be mages and some mages be warriors as well. some become a full fledged mage warrior archer etc. everyone is forgetting the party feature. If you want a mage handy try and add one to your party, if they think mages are better then be a mage if people think warriors are better then be a warrior its as simple as 123 i agree the stats are not correctly balanced but magic is not "broken".

I agree but after reading Dark Waters post I decided to come up with some reasons,

Firstly, Mages have very LOW Armour so they wont be any good with physical attacks.

Secondly, without ingrav what are mages to use, Flar? or a new spell, anyway mages are supposed to TRAIN easier then warriors, but the advantage is that if warriors dont get in tight situations because they have armor to support them and if they do they usaully have the Speed Skill, Mages are more likely to get into Tight Situations. Because of there low armor so I just like to say PLEASE STOP SAYING MAGIC IS BROKEN
