The question is the subject lol: What does willpower do

Did you read the description of the "rough willpower ring" on the wiki?

I made that item for Manaserv to test stat-enhancing items (willpower is a stat on Manaserv) but it somehow found its way into the eAthena client data together with the other "rough x ring"s. As far as I know none of those rings does anything at all when spawned through an admin command of eA (when it's even possible to spawn them at all).

These rings are not good in anything at all. First of all their icon should redyale like the 6 gem rings we have. Secondly, their bonus will be surely removed because of the balance project.

The icon is Chocolate Cupcake. I made it in one minute to have a placeholder graphic. It was never intended to be used on the official server, and it never was.

There is no need to change the stat boni of the rings, because they don't have any. Just the description says they do. The rings in fact don't even have any stats on eAthena. The item_db.txt on the server has their entries commented out (meaning that these items just don't exist as far as the server is concerned), and the commented lines have no meaningful data.

Well I hope we delete them from the db while doing the balance + delete their icons too.
