can i use some of these tilesets for the tutorial part? theres some here i didnt get yet.

yes you may, and because I don't have a dedicated server until the 30th

i think there are free hosting sites you can make a forum with still, if you like i can set one up?

Why you will not set a channel on official IRC server? Also why you need a separate forum, one thread or Wiki page is usually enough for one person's work.

a cliff but the "noise grass and dirt" is just something that needs to be recreated IMO.
