URGENT HELP, ACCOUNT STILL LOST!!! PLEASE, HELP!!!

PLEASE, DELETE THE OLD TOPIC
My friend Luthien lost his account... on the login screen, he entered his username and password, but clicked on register by mistake... he was level +60... please, there is any way to recover his account? any backup? In my PC the account still works, but in Luthien's PC, his character doesn't appear, only an option to create a new one... help!!!

Matt, I'm not a noob, and this was the first thing he did, "previuos and next"... He tried 18 and 19, but the char simply doesn't appear... if someone has an inteligent answer, please share with me

Man, I'm just asking for help... if anyone can't help me, please don't bother... this topic is for a serious problem, not for jokes or bullshit... for those who don't understood, my friend, on 18.1 version, entered his usual login and password and clicked on register in the login screen by mistake... so the char gone... he instaled the 19, pressed next and previous, but the char doesn't appeared... can anyone help or not?

hmm you cant delete an account by putting in your login and password and pressing register it will tell you this account is allready made tell him to keep trying with caps and stuff and tell me what happends...

Back to the subject, this time was strange, because no message poped up telling that the account was allready made... the char simply disappeared... I'll talk to him now, later I post the results

is he spelling the account name correctly you said before you could access the stuff on your pc so its obviously not gone from the server.

Problem solved after some reinstalls, lol
He copied my game files to his PC and worked. Thx Elven Programmer, Tenche, Knivey and others for the atention... sorry for bother
