I know that calling somone a big is not an insult but he called me a douche. In this case i can not turn and walk away.

i suggest more practace or get a party:O

Although insulting is against the rules, if a GM did not witness the event and provide warning to the offending player, it cannot be punished. Screenshots are too easily faked to be used as evidence.

it was a GM alt insulting him. as you know very well

Use the ignore feature, then contact a GM and inform what is happening we will warn and bann if the attittude persist.
And for those who need more info the current active GMs are:
AlOns, Big Crunch, Narus, Prsm and Tiana.
Any other char is not a GM and don't have GM duty. So feel free to contact any of the above listed or Platyna herself if you have complains about a GM.
But if you think a player is a GM alt, the normal procedure apply since thats a normal player and will be treated like one.
