Quick Questions

I just have a few questions.
The first is about bot checks, I assume any afk activity means not being able to respond and actually moving? So if i sit down (in game) while i say go grab a snack in real life im safe? I would like a clear answer from a GM if possible just because this game has very iffy, up to interpretation rules.
In fact the website itself really lists no rules at all.

Perhaps listed rules might be nice? The only rules i know for sure are no AFK botting, no phishing, use English in public chat, and no harassment (and harassment seems to be very inconsistently enforced too.)
The second is about multi-boxing. I have heard it was illegal but frankly never seen this rule enforced. I dont particularly want to debate if it should be allowed or not but i would simply like a black and white answer, is it allowed or not?
Frankly some of my friends and i play on the same network as i have multiple computers, this is another issue. The IP addresses should be exactly 1 to 2 numbers apart (with the last digit being the only different one.) Im getting a tiny bit ahead of myself here but if multi-boxing is a ban-able offense how do i protect myself in this scenario when im legitimately not multi-boxing?
Thank you in advance for answering these questions!
