4144 can't install it win 7 x64

Hello
I just mount a new computer,and put in it windows 7 (waiting for linux later), it takes me time...When I finished, I thought that it would be great if i play manaworld with the new computer!
But I can't install it! I downloaded 4144 twice, nothing happens. Manaplus is correctly recognized in program settings, but i can't see it in program files. That's strange. The icon of manaplus doesn't appear too on the desk.

right click the icon after installing it and run as administrator this should give you more options.
