So I was in the bat cave a few minutes ago, as Sloth, one of my alts, and pifas walks in, he says something to me. I don't respond because I don't want, nor need to. He asks me something else, again I ignore him, and suddenly he just says "Duck YOU Female dog, wolf, fox or otter" to me, for no reason.

I don't know what I did to deserve that. If he's that juvenile to call me a Female dog, wolf, fox or otter simply because I didn't respond to him like a dog, responding when called, then he needs to mature, as do people who get pissed because someone refuses to talk to them.

I think his parents left him by the road and he learned his manners from bandits and coyotes. Some people are like that. Since you use manaplus, feel free to set him on "ignore." (That feature has saved me quite a lot of irritation from idiots in the game.)

He is like that... at all times... Most players nuke him. He is also known for trying to scam players out of rares and insulting others for not doing as he asks.

Why he's not be banned?

He has been banned... A lot. Sometimes he gets banned more than once a day.

I get pissed off when people don't respond to me. Profanity is hardly acceptable though. Ignore him or get a gm to witness this behavior. Screen shots are not evidence. The reason being is that anyone has access to the source and may setup there own server. From there they might attempt to set another player up. Not assuming you know how to do this but moderators of the game have to take everything into account.

When someone starts spewing curse words, I often find that they've run out of either coherent thoughts or skill to express their thoughts. It's a good indication to not take them seriously. pifas is an excellent example of this.
