Shut up!

Just look at the Castle Tileset and you will see how great your art is!

Cardmaster the plus side is it has a dark outline...
what I see is a grey outfit though, and I am left guessing what it might be...bUt I am guessing metal from shape?
I am no expert at pixeling metal but it has a metal feeling when it highlights.
you might look at the pixel joint or google images...search pixel art metal etc.
find a way that suits your work style =]
so I see a pretty well defined outline and that is a good first step always. I like that!
I see not enough shading to really bring out the shapes from the outline. I don't like that.
working towards a concept for a full suit of clothing...I like that too.
putting image in avatar window instead of forum attachment...I don't like that because I can't see it to reference it while typing a quick response.
look at the wiki art guidelines and soak that up it does help...also looking at the examples there.
I think with practice in this medium we will get better at it, this image is improved in quality over the last one you posted ...I like that!

Oh, that's what he was talking about. For me, avatars are on the right side.

Reasons why it is bad:
1. Too many exactly horizontal, vertical or diagonal lines. That's bad style. Learn to pixel curves, even on small scales.
2. Light doesn't work that way (helmet). Learn how light sources work.
3. Too many lines inside the sprite to create detail. Learn how to create details with shading and not with lines.

I would say that learning here and getting good advice is a great teacher .
Many of these people are awesome and at 12 you are doing a pretty good job learning
Listen and ask Questions and Do not stop at 1 No ask them how they would go about the project and most importantly HAVE FUN !
