It's our goal to have a 24/7 GM coverage. So when you vote a candidate who fills a large hole in the online pattern of our currently active GMs and we have no personal concerns about that person we will very likely make that person a GM.

By the way: I made a poll to check if we really need more GM coverage or if it's just natsuki's subjective impression.
