So I was killing sea slimes east of Mining Camp building, and entered that bat cave north of sea slimes. There, I ran into NPC called Evil Obelisk, who I could give money.

Is it a money sink? Is it something like spawning monsters? Is it useful in any other way?

I checked wiki, and found nothing there.

Nobody uses Evil Obelisk because it is just a waste of money for little fun. Even more when you compare to Candor

So it spawns monsters? Weak ones, I suppose...

its used for a money sink, the amount of monsters are random, you can pay 100k and get a snake or you can pay 1000 and get a jacko. im not sure if this is still the case though.

A new evil obelisk script is being worked on.

As far as i can remember, spending/wasting the max amount into this obelisk - which is 200k or so - spawns 4 jackos, loads of skeletons and lady skeletons, bunch of spiders and snakes. You will have to come back there many times after dying, real pain to get rid of them all. 200k,,, better drink my own pee.

As I said, a new script is being worked on. The wiki page about the Evil Obelisk will be made once the new script will be released.

A new menhir has been worked on. It will be released at the same time as the script.

It's better to just go to the grave yard .
