Most Manasource developers don't read the TMW forum. So the best place to report bugs related to Manaserv is the Manasource bugtracker on http://bugs.manasource.org

But where can i post questions about ManaServ or ManaClient?
Because i want to know how to create skills for my server wich is running manaserv.

I suggested to create a public forum for Manasource, but Bjorn, the project leader, is against it.
