My girlfriend and I started playing last week, I went away for a few days, got back, and now the client says her account's not there. Tried her login on Win7 desktop and on Ubuntu netbook, same result, unregistered ID. Did the forgot password routine, that says "provided info does not match any registered account." Her account name's "tinxgumapac" and player character name "sliver.of.silver."

There was a crash/restart trying to fix the backup drive, so 4 days worth of progress - including new accounts - were lost.

Gah. Well, you get what you pay for, I guess.
