I think I see what you mean. You should pm one of administrators about it. (Hint: don't do it like you do it now.) Copy this text: "Hello, my account doesn't work and I'm afraid that I lost my password. My login is: [login]. I hope you'll help me.", and instead of [login] write your own login from the game.
