No. Lamb was permanently banned. Bans are against the player, not the character.

He was temporarily banned, not permanantly banned.

hello my name is vince and as you maybe already know i was the one who got banned for now reason.

well it happened again but this time i was permanently banned.
i think i now why : there was a character call`d vince_2 he was insulting other players and since my character is call`d vince maybe a GM accidentally block`t me and not him.
i would be very grateful if you could unblock me

When a player is banned, any alts under that account are also subsequently banned! Your
actions have caused those players to be permanently blocked.

The Ban will stand!
