New Bot Rules and Client 4144

Post by steffomio »

The 4144 Client has a one key press function that finds the next Mob, go to him and attack it. Thats in my understanding Autofollowing by simply pressing the same key.

Is this allowed or not?

Edit:
My Char "steffie" is Lv50 now and I don't want to be banned by simply using the 4144 Client. For sure I now use the default Client...

no problem if you respond in 2 min to a GM. When a GM appear stop and answer his Question.

The "no auto-follow" rule was made to have leverage against those players who used to play with multiple characters simultaneously where all of them followed the main character.
  • former Manasource Programmer
  • former TMW Pixel artist
  • NOT a game master

Please do not send me any inquiries regarding player accounts on TMW.

You might have heard a certain rumor about me. This rumor is completely false. You might also have heard the other rumor about me. This rumor is 100% accurate.

We used to see 3 or 4 or 9 characters moving as one, coordinating to kill monsters and be unkillable themselves. Often that was one or two people running a bunch of bots.
As Crush said, that's what the "no auto-follow" rule is about.
