So I was wondering, are there any plans for making Tmw version for Android?

There already is an android port of the Mana client. It is, however, not made, endorsed or supported by the Manasource development team. I also heard it doesn't work very well.

an html5 web client would be awesome

The client took several years to develop. Redoing the client with all of its features in a new programming language would take just as long.

As a professional software developer I can assure you: Every IT project seems trivial at first when you just look at the big picture, but the more you think about the little details, the more apparent does its real complexity become.

It's actually quite simple to play on. You just have to optimize it for your smartphone layout. I use it to play the game all the time.
