Setting up a TMW eathena Server on Windows

Hello, I have managed to create a TMW server, however, it is only accessible from my PC, I am wondering which files I need to modify in order to make it online, I know how to port forward and I know all IP's necessary, just need to know which files I need to modify and which lines.
