[Ban] Pluto for stealing account

Pluto impersonated another player and asked an admin to give him that player's password.
If this player is caught again trying to steal accounts, he will be permanently banned.

30 day (20 August to 19 September) ban on the following:

The following are locked only until the password is requested from the registered email address. Basically, we need to verify the rightful owner.

I never saw someone who used those accounts: sparx21, toger, shark , chibobo,don7,sSscorpionsSs, montard and kosova1 4-5 years ago.
