Dear Mana Community,
due to internal conflicts I can no longer stay on the Development team of TMW. The issues could not be resolved and I therefore do what I think is best.
I started developing because it was fun, it no longer is that for me so now I quit.
This means I will not finish projects I have started.

I will however not quit the game and I will do the occasional map check for some who want me to.

I have yet to decide whether I will continue hosting the update server for the testing server.

I would ask for a Admin to remove my GM40 status on the server and I would like to give my Dev-Cap back if this is necessary as well.

Internal conflicts are normal thing, we are not MLP universe to love and worship each other, they are to be solved either by Bjorn or eventually me. Please stop acting like 3 y.o. who are getting annoyed and then they yell "I am taking my toys and going home". Remember, that we are working for a higher idea - this is not just a little stupid MMORPG - it is another piece of OSS that proves the people from all over the world can work toghether, have fun, and ignore big evil corporations that wants to over control over everything including our entertainment. We are from many countries, we have different personalites, some of us are strict, some are ironic, some like to cause fuss - but we have to learn to work toghether.

I am leaving this for you to consider.

The only conflicts I am aware of are with meway ...

There are things I can get over and deal with and there are things I cannot.
It seems I met an obstacle I cannot leave behind me in a way that would make it possible for me to still be part of the dev-team.

The way I picked out I can do what I consider fun and what gives me pleasure. I enjoy my sparetime and I don't want to be annoyed when instead I could have fun. That's why I go back to being just a player and enjoy myself without the drama. I plan to contribute like others do which are not in the Dev-Team.

If that makes me a 3 year old. So be it. I'd rather be a happy 3 year old than an annyoed and pissed off grown up. There is much more time to get there. My time hasn't come yet. Plus I think when I had fun doing what I do I was better at it.

You are making dramas. Decide if more important is TMW or your personal quarrels. I don't think that meway can be an obstacle for anyone who truly wants to help the project.

I have been treated like garbage on this "team" multiple times in the past and by old "leaders" that got no consequences whatsoever, I didn't leave because i enjoyed helping the project and i enjoy learning more. If you don't like someone its as simple as ignoring them. This isn't about people liking you or not liking your opinions its about doing something you enjoy and putting it towards the project, I learned this and every time someone has their head stuck up their behind (not referring to anybody in particular) i ignore them unless i have to talk to them and its worked great. If you were developing for people to like you then you were developing for the wrong reasons.

But its your choice at the end of the day, Some people cannot deal with it like others can.
