My main character (Bobisha) is at lvl 75 right now, but when I hit F2, it shows my character level as 75, but my job level as 0. Why is that?

Job levels are used to increase your (focusable) skills.
They don't have quite as much effect as your level, but they are important.

Talk to Luca to begin the relevant quest.

I did that. I am focused on raging right now, which is at lvl 9. I also have speed and brawling at lvl 9 too and mallards eye at lvl 5, but my job still reads 0...

Do you have remaining points when you hit F5 ?

If you using mana or tmw client here job level is broken.
Use ManaPlus if want to see correct level.

Actually, all of the preceding posts are misleading. The server sends the job level as 0 (even though it does use the value for something else - it's not what jobs were originally for), but there's enough extra information that manaplus can calculate the value that would be sent.
