So, my sweetheart can't get her old username back onto a new account (as I did with my name Speiros), as it's already still there somewhere, probably under her old email, and her old username and password. I'm presuming that the old username and password have been forgotten, but the old email still exists.

Is there any way for her to get her information so she can sign in again with her old account?
