That is it , why in this game the max level is 99 ?

Personally, I find the game boring after about level 90, because my characters are powerful enough to do whatever I want, and also because advancement becomes very slow.

There would be game-breaking changes with higher levels. The game is already warped enough as it is ...

idk i sort of agree with having more levels. after you reach 99 there cant be much else left as far as gameplay or goals to strive for

That's a good idea. I think the new Illia/Valia quest is more exciting than one more level to 100.

I think that 99 is really enough, since after 90, that's long and boring to level up and you don't see many many changes.

Though, why not adding a second level, with second stats (maybe a different color to differentiate them), that owuld take place only in a parallel world accessible only when you'd have reach level 95+ or 99 in the current world ? This way, it wouldn't unbalance the game at all... But i don't know if that's realisable or not.

Also, this way, it would have a real goal to reach level 99.

I have a raging warrior, a speed warrior, a tank, 2 speed archers, a mallet eye archer, a tanked mage, a speed mage, a PvP mage, and various other characters I play for fun rather than achievements.

My highest level character is 98. I've never reached 99, and because I enjoy all those different styles, I probably never will.

To anyone who reaches level 99 and sees nothing more in the game, I encourage you to either play a different game "to win", or if you enjoy the friends you made in TMW then start a new character and explore other styles of play.
