hey guys, i was thinking of building a high luck char

like a melee char using a melee weapon and max luck+ pretty high dex (prob around 60),10 str and then the rest in vitality witch would mean a lot of vitality
i cant test it since im new to the game but, with this kind of char i could be an archer whenever i need and not have to worry about mob defense
and it could run around naked for the most part of the game without getting killed, if damage would be a problem i could drop some vit for str

You can test it on your own, we have a "test server" you are free to go. Register and you will have access to some GM commands you will find debug npc were you can select your level, and you can create your armor and item using @item please read here

From the same client you use to enter the main server, just select it in the server list or add this:
caliban.homeip.net
port 6901.
And the registration is in the client you don't have to go to any website

Lucky hitter (After HMC site)
Pro's and con's: This character is a pain to level from scratch, so better build it with a stats reset. It's also a bit unpredictable.
Example stats (level 80): 5 5 50 5 57 99 (3)

We have a player with high vitality and luck; almost indestructible: Radiant

the only problem with the build is it doesn't have any useful skills to focus on, its basically like a raging warrior with less dmg and more defense

Also, leveling up in general is really slow, because even that can only raise the critical percentage to about 30. Plus you still have to look out for things like scripted damage and NPC_SELFDESTRUCT attacks (the latter is essentially a guaranteed critical regardless of either of your stats, with splash damage to other nearby players, and it hits for the monster's remaining HP which is generally 100-600).

being a melee char is the best way to go, even if you're an adventurous player ....

so far im 51 and still an archer, helps me farm stuff i otherwise would spend a lot of time killing
90 dex rest agi ^_^.. 21 armor, i really have to pay attention cause i die in a blink of an eye but till i can get warlord items, chaps and stuff,
