.deb file for Manaplus on Ubuntu 12.04

I have been trying to download the manaplus client via the terminal as per the instructions on the site, but I have not been able to. Where can I find the .deb file to download and do it that way?

What kind of instruction? Here floating many and not all correct.

Add repository in manual way

if you want compile from sources (most time this is wrong way)

I've tried all that. I keep getting the same response in the terminal... Manaplus is not found. Is there a .deb file I can download and install it that way?

I already gave link

in this page link to deb file with repository
http://repo.evolonline.org/manaplus/ubu ... .2_all.deb
install it
check for updates.
install manaplus as any ubuntu programs.
