This world should be full of fun and fairness. But now I'm so disappoited with what Narus and Frost has done to me!

GMs killed us just for fun! Kicked us for no reason! Banned Us for no reason! GM Frost called me as an idiot in this way: You're not an idiot until I logged on this time. And he banned me for 1 day, banned my son who shares the same computer with a different IP for 2 days! Narus said she didn't see him calling me idiot and said I'm lying. But she did see me calling Yingiea idiot while Yingiea is calling me is blind (not an insult in her eye). Narus and Yingiea both said I'm not reading Yingiea's words, So I'm blind. The truth is that I've understood all the words of Yingiea but Yingiea didn't understand that I'm not complaining my interenet speed. And said her blahblahblah to me blindly.

Are the two blind here in color the same? I don't think so. The first one can be regards as an insult, the last one is non-insult at all. But Narus just won't admit it. And banned me and my son who came to confront with her.

Ok, I looked at all the text posted, and I don't see what the complaint is here. It appears the whole start of this was one player calling another blind in regards to something - and in no way shape or form do I see how that can be called an insult. I do not see any sign of GM abuse which was the point of the original post.
