Rerelocation of TMW services, march 17ish

TMW moved again due to the sudden appearance of DDoS attacks, to a host that is much more resilient against such things.
As this migration was emergency rather than planned, not everything was up and once, but now everything is working except registration of new accounts.
The new server is in the US, so better ping for me, worse for people in Europe.
The new host would *prefer* to be anonymous, but probably isn't.
For this thread, No disintegrations, please.
