I see no place where Chayenne or Chay was blocked or banned!

Might be possible it was purged.

In purge lists, I see the following that contain *chay*:

Accounts:

Schaytaan
ShavrakChay

As prsm said, I see no indication this account was banned or blocked. There was one autoban for chat spam, but that was several months ago.

Nor do I think its been purged, as the last time that name showed up in the GM logs was just 4 months ago.

all i needed to know was the player to unban, i will now unban ovo*.
