Hello all to whom it may concern;

I was wondering if any of the following/combination of the following are possible:

can a character be moved from one account to another?

can an account be renamed?

can a ingame character be renamed?

can stats/levels/completed quests be migrated from a character to another?

I am curious because im making a new character on a new account that will become my main character,but because it is new it wont have little quirks (like access to easter island etc) so im wondering if any of the above mentioned are possible in any capacity.

No, No, No, and No. Sorry.

When I reimplement the storage backend these things will become possible, but we still won't open them for general public use for verifiability reasons.
