How can I improve this thing?

NOTE: I had to use MS pain because I am @ work atm and I don't have administrator privileges to install GIMP, so please don't mind the non-transparent background.

What tileset is it being made for? I'd compare it to that.

Also, we are moving to using the wiki more for art. Though art can still be posted on the forums (and trello), we are using the wiki more for art, especially for tracking [RC] (release candidate) art meant for specific projects. From the trello card on this, I assumed it would be made for the Barbarian Village, which hasn't been updated with the art for it.
