Can't wear two rings?

I see in the equipment dialog two ring slots, but I can't seem to wear two at the same time. Is it just me or by design?

It shows two ring slots, but you can use just ONE Stat Ring at the time. Also you can actually equip a wedding ring AND a stat ring at the same time.

Being able to equip any two rings is on the list for "sometime after the release of Duke Nukem Forever"
