Japjap was asking people to log into a website in order to scam there username/password.
At first he let us believe he was a newbie that had been scammed also, so he was returned to the
game with a warning.

After further investigation, japjap was found to be Heinz Guro, a long time scammer. Therefore
both japjap and heinz guro have been perma banned. No unban may be asked for.

In cooperation with Frost, additional measures have been taken to keep this person away from TMW.

Hey dude from Casablanca, no matter how "sophisticated" you get with these scams you always make mistakes we can track. Just go away already.
