Arrows at 1GP in Hurnscald

i propose to change the value of the arrows in Hurnscald because, is absurd to travel and get cheap arrows in Tulimshar at far east desert.
Please give your opinions, comunity

The fact the shop is "in Tulimshar at far east" is the reason the arrows are cheap.
It would be absurd to have arrows at the same price in Hurnscald.

for you can be absurd but for others more ease to get them in hurry like going to candor, cindy, gy or other things and not hurrying to get them a Tulimshar

You ever notice how parking and bottle water get more expensive the closer to the event you get.

just buy a huge amount Arrows in Tulim and store them.
i think its good, that different shops got different prices.
also, if the Candor countdown is only 5 min, you are able to buy in Tulim and go back
it musnt be everything as easy as it could be

There are two possible reasons why there is a price discrepancy here.
Either it's a bug. (then thanks for reporting)
Or it was an intentional design decision. When that's the case you should research the reasoning behind this decision and discuss it.

At the moment it's a good way to bring people to the Tulimshar area.
As long as the starter area is there and the people are in Hurns I think it's important to have more reasons to go to Tulim.
Besides what Slimor wrote you can also just create an alt on the same account who always stays in Tulim, withdraw money, buy arrows and put them into the storage where you pick them up again with your main.

Not a bug.
Purpose was to attract characters to Tonori with the context that Tonori has less reasons to visit, this gives more. Purpose also was to give a known secret to players for them to inform new players about, creating a way to build trust between new and old players interested. Because an experienced character must travel back and forth, the chances of interaction are good if any players wanted to engage each other. Helpful for guilds which attempt to give support to new players and creates a reason to go out of the way.

Hi all,
Im agree with you triforce_hyrule, but if we do this, nobody will go in hurnscald anymore.
Biqcassy give you the best way to buy the arrows without paying the travel
Atm we can store only 30 000 arrows in the storage.
Archer knows how 30k arrows is nothing when you hunt.
Can you increase the arrows storage? something like 50 000 arrows or more?
The bone arrows (those who are sell in Reid's Inn, Umfrey sell them) are really expensive, 50gp 1 arrows???
ok they are good but who can buy this kind of item?
for example : you buy 10 000 bone arrows (this amount is nothing for an archer) at 50 gp and you must pay 500 000gp for, its crazy.
Even the terranite arrows are more cheap.
If you can do something about this, like this all archers can use this items and dont have to wait until to have lv99 and the possibility to buy 10 bones arrows to test them.

Arrows price has always bugged me, but I love the reasoning behind this

yeah, serious wtf right there. For that kind of price I'd expect it to blow up every mob in a 10 tile radius

i love this comment. how about an in event concession store for candor with basic items that normally get burned there but at bloated prices, like 5 gp for a reg arrow or 1000 gp for potions. 500 gp for water. would be nice for those times when you dont really have the chance to run back to town

About the Bone Arrows:
I agree with Saint Tropez and straelyn that they are too expensive.

Theoretically the limit is 65535, but at least some clients are buggy if it goes over 32768. If I had an exact list, I could make an informed decision about whether to increase that now. Though, I guess I *do* also need to worry about overflow then ...
The other possibility would be to add a bunch of logic to multistack them, but ... I need to seriously revamp inventory design to do that, and there's still way too much work to be done.

my limit in storage is 30,000 arrows, no more so, the idea to refill once those 30,000 are out is not right. Still the idea of 1gp ar Hurscald too.
