In Game Content Development Meeting

So A couple of the devs are wanting time from the players to have a sit down to discuss what we are currently working on, here ideas from players, share experiences playing and what could use some room for improvement.

First lets get the devs to agree to a time and day!

The big server spike on the weekend is 21:00 to 00:00 UTC. So I'd suggest that be the time and Maybe a Sat will work the best as it should leave every still in the weekend.
If this works well I'd like to start with monthly or maybe bi-weekly meetings.

Lets see how voting goes.

Voted for friday, can't make it on a saturday or sunday since I'm gone long hours. Part of the reason why I missed the last two meetings x)

This is for both Cinderweb and myself (yes he voted). Any of those days should be fine with us. Cinderweb should be able to be there no matter what day.

On Fridays and Saturdays I might be going out, meeting friends, whatever, so I can't promise to be around.
Let's say Friday 50% chance I'm there, Saturday 20%, Sunday 80% or something like that.

keep in mind the date would be scheduled in advance to give people time to make time if then can. The poll closes Nov. 21st. Let's plan to meet no earlier than the weekend following the vote So the 22nd, 23rd, or 24th.

So far It's beginning to look like friday. If you don't think you can make it Friday please post notes to the agenda thread so we might be able to tackle them.

Looks like friday it is. I will begin the meeting in Hurnscald town proper tomorrow the 22nd at 21:00 GMT. The meeting might travel to certain locals I would like to discuss. If you arrive late whisper me and I will tell you where we are if we are not sitting in Hurnscald. The time posted is server time which is GMT remember to osset for your time zone.

Since there was some problems with logging in during the meeting I am now posting a log of what was said in the dev-talk. It is quite harshly edited from the general chat log so some few things might have disappeared.

Main point to take away from the meetings imo is:

The dev-team does always need help. If you are interested: join the discussion on #themanaworld-dev at irc.freenode.net (irc howto)
