Sadly this is well known random issue with current CDN.
You can manually download this file and put it in directory with other zips, then run update in client again.
Download manually this file from here: http://updates.themanaworld.org/updates ... 938aa1.zip

It's probably due to the fact that you're using a proxy.

yeah.., it was a problem with my proxy, i downloaded update files with other network and put them all in updates folder. now work fine.
