I'm installing the server tmwAthena which file that modifies the player's speed?

A system of speed increase according to level? If there is such a good idea for the project.

Player's base walk "speed" (actually delay) is hard-coded as 150 ms, plus modifiers. I think the only modifier for walk speed is the speed skill focus.
