The tile there seems wrong. a corner section of a building instead of a block of sand. Only shows when using the F key on the client (ManaPlus 1.414) to limit graphics.

I see it too. I also found one on map 005-1 at (78, 27).

I have fixed both map errors and should make it into next release.
