Recovering the master guild level

Hello everybody.

I am the master leader of a guild called TheLatinClan, and as a leader someone has to take a decision about the troubles
that the members inflict between them. So I took the decision to take out a member, but I wrote the wrong command and
got kicked from the guild.

A GM add me in the guild with access lvl 10, but isn't 20 as a master guild.

Someone can help me with that?

plus, I want to change the name of the guild, there is a way to do that and how?

Thanks :)

No one but the person who used to host guild/deals with guild now has level 20 access. All leaders have level 10 and others in the guild have level 5. You can kick someone with level 10 access but level 20 isn't granted to players even if they're a guild leader.

Edit: leader has 10, others who can add people to your guild have 5 and regular players in guild have level 1 access.

that might be helpful.

The big question is, who has Guild Level 20?

Or are we done with adding new guilds? I guess it was Frost who used to do those kinds of things. I think it is time someone filled that role, I've been asked a few times about how to start a new guild. And I didn't have a clue about how this worked. Now it seems like we don't have anyone with the appropriate privileges to do it, and I don't know if anyone knows all the commands etc.

This needs to be looked into imho.

The only people with guild level 20 are Frost and Jero and their alts. It looks pretty simple to add new ones, at the cost of taking guild offline for a couple minutes (much simpler than ManaMarket, which has to worry about transactions).
