I have heard different kinds of short sword, my friend told me, I want to have collections of sword also.

Only one type of short sword. And you're dreaming if you think you'll get one for 8000gp. WAY too cheap. Just do the quest it's not hard.

I would advice to get 3 or 10 (or 13) keys and have someone escort you to do 1 of the 2 quests that get you the sword.
If needed I can give you the keys free of charge and try to escort you to the treasure chest that needs the 3 keys.
I know where the one is that costs 10 keys but it's mosttimes too crowded to have someone just walk in and get the sword.
It's a lot easier and cheaper to do this one yourself.
And the sword is not that good if you have the scyth. The scyth should get you well into the levels needed to get the sword through the quest with 3 keys.
