The tester group is for testing new content, like quests, which is released on the test server.
You just test the new quest and report bugs, that's all. The devs will fix the bugs then.
You don't need anything to join the tester group and by joining you help us, TMW, a lot.
E.g. I was in tester group when testing the Orum and Waric follow-up quest, when it wasn't on the main server yet.
The more people test, the less bugs there will be
