Actually we I have a great problem in server development called "souless players", they are main reason why monster stats were increased.
They are also a reason why the game isn't interesting at all - why would one do quests if he can buy an item which is a reward in quest in large quantity from a souless player? So my suggestion is quite simple: how about removal of souless players characters in exchange to weaker monsters, more quests and new items in game and generally more interesting game play?

I voted no.Let me explain.I agree with everything you say but I think we should wait for the next patch, if it's not far away that is.More of a clean break.
I have a level 53 character and a new getting there and it's definitely not fun when I have great difficulties to kill about half of the monsters.Imho they are just to darn hard and if souless is a big reason why I say they have to go.

I got the impression that the vote was if they should be removed right now.That's why I voted no.They should be removed but do it in the next patch imho.

I voted yes. Sadly the monetary system is already perverted by the huge amounts of money they spread because of the casino coins bug.

You have underestood it well. Anyway I do not underestand, how do you imagine preparing, testing and using "new patch" with souless players in game.
