I finished tricking EVERY NPC but no bucket or autumn mask is recieved .. someone said i need to do it again but all mask are recognised by npcs and there's no time for me to open a new char

Any hat works with NPCs to trick or treat. Plus the hat is a random drop. You might not get it, specially if you tricked the same NPCs more then once.
