when i used mobile client, after several message i found that the client don't react with anything i type(enter, c for healing, a for target...) and i need to close and open the client again and the problem happened many times.

This look like anti botting protection.
If for some time you only press X and some other keys, client may disable keyboard.
You should act as normal player and not like bot.

I may be wrong and here other issue.

i'm 100% normal just chatting and healing myself using 'c', thats all but keyboard disabled as well

The problem still occur... I just sent a message and the keyboard can't do anything.

Keyboard you mean onscreen keyboard? or hardware?
Also is screen buttons works? Like moving, attacking etc

On screen keyboard. I'm using joystick for moving and buttons for attacking. They works fine.
