Selim does not have an option to dye Cotton Cloth. So...how do I get Red Cotton Cloth for the Hetchel quest?

The option is under the part where you ask about the sorcerer robe lining. "About these sorcerer robes..."

This should be made more clear in the NPC dialogue though.

Issue created: Cotton Cloth Dying on Selim should be a menu item itself.
