Bug on my char : Winz level 80

1. I cant stun a skeleton with 403 attack delay, but my other char with 483 can stun it.
2. My job level dropped everytime when i log in again (from 167 to 258). it means when i online and up my job level, then going to off then back to online, it turn to 158. but the rest of the skill points still collected.
3. My magic experience drop from 30% progress to 20%.
